lchown — Changes user ownership of symlink

$filename

)
Attempts to change the owner of the symlink filename
to user user.
Only the superuser may change the owner of a symlink.

Path to the file.

User name or number.
返回值
成功时返回 TRUE ， 或者在失败时返回 FALSE 。

Note: 此函数不能作用于远程文件，被检查的文件必须是可通过服务器的文件系统访问的。
Note: 当启用 安全模式时， PHP 会检查被操作的文件或目录是否与被执行的脚本有相同的 UID（所有者）。
Note: 此函数未在 Windows 平台下实现。
