参数

cal: The IntlCalendar resource.

返回值

One of the constants IntlCalendar::DOW_SUNDAY , IntlCalendar::DOW_MONDAY , …, IntlCalendar::DOW_SATURDAY 或者在失败时返回 FALSE .
